Private Workshop – Standard

Description

We come to your location and spend an hour and half teaching you the basics of creating a charcuterie board. A booked class must include a minimum of 5 participants and the date is subject to availability. Included in this class are:

* 1.5 hour workshop teaching cheese cutting, layout, meat basics, texture, and pairings

* non-alcoholic drinks, water

* ingredients for a 2-3 serving palm plate platter

* wooden honey dipper

* handout on instruction

* photo set up area & instruction
